Magomed Adiyev, head coach of Krylya Sovetov, gave an interview to the Match TV channel before the game against Akhmat. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
He said that he spent two days in Grozny, coming directly here from Sochi. The coach emphasized that more attention was paid to the players' recovery because the game held in Sochi was physically demanding.
He stated that the effectiveness of such preparation can be seen in the game and expressed hope that all tasks were carried out correctly. Adiyev highlighted that in today's match he will face the team he recently coached.
Although there have been changes in the team lineup, he said he knows the players well and understands their capabilities. Therefore, these factors were taken into account during the preparation for the game.
The current coach is a qualified specialist who is adapting the team to his vision, but he emphasized that this process requires time. He also mentioned that he has some assumptions about Akhmat's current condition and goals.
Compared to the last three rounds, he said there are no drastic changes in the Akhmat team. However, there are some individual changes.
As the main achievement, he noted that the current coach Cherchesov has found the right approach to Sadulaev. Adiyev admitted that he was unable to achieve this in his time, but the current coach has motivated the player even more.
