Kompani commented on Bavaria's Supercup victory

Bavaria team head coach Vincent Kompany shared his thoughts on the victory against Stuttgart (2:1) in the German Supercup. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The Munich team took the lead with goals from Harry Kane in the 18th minute and Luis Dias in the 77th minute. Jamie Leweling from Stuttgart reduced the deficit in the 94th minute.

As Kompany emphasized, this trophy is very important because it is named in honor of club legend Franz Beckenbauer. It is never easy in Stuttgart, but the team successfully passed this test.

Although the coach wanted to extend the preparation for the season, he noted that there is no need to complain, as the main task has been accomplished. They achieved the set goal and started the season with a trophy.

This is an important first step. On Friday, Bavaria will play against RB Leipzig at home in the first round of the Bundesliga.
