Ponomaryov found CSKA the winner in the derby

Former Moscow CSKA player Vladimir Ponomaryov shared his thoughts about the derby between "Dinamo" and the "army men" taking place in the fifth round of the Russian Premier League. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, the "Dinamo" team has not been able to show good results in recent matches. Coach Valery Karpin is unable to find good tactical solutions and cannot lead the team to success.

CSKA, on the other hand, looks more confident compared to their opponent. According to Ponomaryov, the "army men" will definitely win this derby.

The derby match will take place on August 17 at the "VTB Arena" stadium. The start time of the game is said to be set at 18:00 Moscow time.

Currently, the "Dinamo" team under the leadership of Valery Karpin occupies only the tenth position in the league table. Meanwhile, CSKA, coached by Fabio Celestini, is in fifth place.

This game holds significant importance in the Russian championship and is expected to affect the results of the teams' upcoming matches.
