Ledyahov: Spartak showed their best game against Zenit

Last season's notable footballer Igor Ledyahov commented on the match between Spartak and Zenit in the Russian Premier League. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The match took place at the Lukoil Arena stadium and ended in a 2:2 draw. According to Ledyahov, the level of football shown by Spartak was remarkable and was their best performance of the season.

Unfortunately, the team was unable to secure a victory. He spoke about Barko, who made a mistake during the penalty, and emphasized that all opportunities for a win were present, especially when Zenit was playing with a disadvantage.

Currently, Spartak is in 12th place in the Russian championship standings. Under the leadership of head coach Dejan Stanković, the team has earned only five points in five matches.

In the next round, Spartak will face Rubin away. The match will take place on Saturday, August 23.

This game is an important test for Spartak as the team strives to improve their performance this season.
