Syomin: Stankovich may resign in September

Russian coach Yuri Syomin commented on the future of Dejan Stankovich at the Spartak team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, due to the team's unsatisfactory results this season, the head coach of the "red-whites" may resign in September. Syomin emphasized the need to approach the hiring of every coach with caution.

He stated that the coach should be given time and freedom to carry out his work. These remarks were cited by the Sport-Express publication.

In the fifth round of the Russian championship, Spartak drew 2-2 with Zenit. Currently, the Moscow team occupies 12th place in the tournament table with a total of five points.

Due to the team's unsatisfactory results, demands on the coaching position are increasing. Therefore, the management is expected to make important decisions aimed at improving the team.
