Smorodskaya highly appreciated Cherchesov's work at Ahmat

Olga Smorodskaya, former president of Uzbekistan's Lokomotiv club, commented on the performance of Grozny's Ahmat team following the appointment of Stanislav Cherchesov as head coach. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

Under the new coach, Ahmat has played two matches in the Russian championship, both ending in victories. According to Smorodskaya, Cherchesov instilled confidence in the team.

Previously, the team was in a state of mental depression and lacked self-confidence, but the new coach changed this situation. This was a very good start for Cherchesov at Ahmat.

In the fifth round of the Russian championship, Ahmat secured a 3:1 victory against Krylya Sovetov, moving up to seventh place in the competition table. Since the beginning of the season, the team has accumulated six points.

These results indicate that the team is improving its play under the new coach and suggest that success can be expected in future matches.
