England's "Southampton" club has made a new offer to the "Krasnodar" team for the transfer of midfielder Eduard Spertsyan. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

This was announced by a reliable source, journalist Ivan Karpov, on his Telegram channel. According to the source, "Southampton" is offering $14 million for the 25-year-old player along with a percentage from future resale.

It is said that the club's head coach is very interested in signing the Armenian player and intends to speed up the transfer process. The journalist admitted that he had made a mistake in his previous information.

The initial offer was not 12 million euros but 11 million dollars. "Krasnodar" president Sergey Galitskiy did not consider this amount sufficient, so "Southampton" decided to improve the offer.

In the current season, Eduard Spertsyan has played in seven matches, scoring two goals and assisting three. These statistics confirm that he is an important player for the team.
