Artist Mikhail Grushevskiy, a supporter of the Moscow team CSKA, shared his thoughts on Valery Karpin's coaching career at Moscow's “Dynamo” team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
Karpin signed a three-year contract with “Dynamo” two months ago. After five rounds of the Russian Premier League, the “Dynamo” team, which finished fifth last season, is currently in twelfth place with 5 points.
According to Grushevskiy, Karpin's previous level is not visible. He emphasized that the pressure and stress at “Dynamo” are not the same as at other clubs.
So far, Karpin seems to be going down the wrong path. Additionally, Karpin has also coached “Rostov”, “Mallorca”, Armavir's “Torpedo”, and Moscow's “Spartak” teams besides “Dynamo”.
With the “Red-Whites” team, he won silver medals twice in the Russian Premier League. Overall, Karpin's current performance does not match the team's previous successes, indicating problems in his coaching style and adaptation to conditions.
