Kafanov: I hope Agkatsev has a good season

The goalkeeper coach of the Russian national team, Vitaliy Kafanov, shared his thoughts on the current condition of Stanislav Agkatsev, the goalkeeper of the Krasnodar club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, Stas is currently the only player among all candidates playing in Russia who is undoubtedly called up to the national team. According to Kafanov, he hopes that Agkatsev will have a season with results no less than the previous one.

In the current season, the 23-year-old Agkatsev has played six matches in all tournaments, conceding four goals and keeping a clean sheet three times. In the Russian national team, he has appeared in two matches without conceding any goals.

In September, the national team led by Valeriy Karpin will play two friendly matches against Jordan and Qatar. These games are considered important for the team's future preparations.
