Balakhnin: Rubin is not in the top three this season

Sergey Balakhnin, former coach of Russia and the national team coach, explained in an interview with the website "Euro-Football.Ru" that he does not see the "Rubin" team as a contender for prize-winning places this season. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

He emphasized that he respects the "Rubin" team, but said that the current squad is not sufficient to claim a top-three position. According to Balakhnin, the "Spartak" team is strengthening, and CSKA and "Zenit" are also working on improving their performances.
