Balakhnin: Rubin cannot claim the top three

Sergey Balakhnin, former head coach of Russia's "Rostov" team and coach of the Russian national team, shared his thoughts in an interview with the online publication "Euro-Football.Ru" about why he does not see the "Rubin" team as a contender for prize-winning positions this season.
