Kafanov: Khudyakov will be a great goalkeeper

Vitaliy Kafanov, the goalkeepers' coach of the Russian national team, commented on the current condition of Daniil Khudyakov, who plays for Austria's Sturm club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, the adaptation period is not going smoothly. Daniil is young, and every goalkeeper must go through all the stages to become a great player.

He needs to endure this period patiently and grow stronger. According to Kafanov, he hopes that Khudyakov will become a great goalkeeper in the future.

Khudyakov signed a four-year contract with Sturm last summer. During this time, the 21-year-old Russian player has appeared in four matches, keeping a clean sheet in two of them.

At the beginning of July, he fell off a bicycle, resulting in a broken wrist bone that required surgery. Currently, the player's health is recovering, and he is expected to return to the field in the near future.
