Newcastle striker Alexander Isak may move to Liverpool in the final hours of the summer transfer window. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
The club management is ready to seriously consider selling the Swedish player if the Reds offer £130 million (approximately €150 million), journalist Luke Edwards reports. Initially, Newcastle planned to sign another striker before letting Isak go, but opinions within the club have changed, and they now believe that one player, namely Nick Woltemade, is enough to fully replace the 25-year-old star.
In July, Liverpool offered about £110 million (€127 million) for Alexander Isak, but this offer was rejected. The player himself has long been open about his desire to leave Newcastle.
This issue may become active again in the final days of the transfer window.
