Football expert Dmitriy Bulykin shared his thoughts on the draw match between CSKA and Krasnodar in an exclusive interview with the publication Euro-Football.ru. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to him, two strong teams competing for first place took to the field in the match. Before the game, a draw was considered an acceptable result for both teams, but Cordoba's sending off affected the outcome.
The expert hopes that the match is decided based on sporting principles, not because of important decisions made by the referees. Bulykin emphasized that he disagrees with Cordoba's sending off.
According to him, after reviewing the situation via VAR, only a yellow card should have been given in this case; a red card was unjustified. There were no serious fouls observed during the game.
The expert noted that some referee decisions contradict the spirit of football. For example, in the Lokomotiv vs Krasnodar match, a goal scored by Komlichenko was disallowed, which affected the final result of the game.
Even though CSKA played with one player less than their opponent, they need to learn to control the game. Since the team has high-level players, they should have effectively utilized their numerical advantage.
Bulykin pointed out that Krasnodar is currently leading, but the team is not yet in its best form. They showed good results in the last round, reaching the top of the table.
Other teams are continuing to improve their form. CSKA is currently in fourth place.
The expert rated the team's current form highly but mentioned that there are problems in accumulating points. He emphasized that the team will show itself soon, recovering during the break and preparing for the upcoming matches.
