Mostovoy: Karpin's two positions harm Dinamo

Former famous footballer Aleksandr Mostovoy once again expressed his opposition to holding two coaching positions simultaneously. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

Currently, Valeriy Karpin is managing both the Dynamo team and the Russian national team at the same time. On Sunday, Dynamo Makhachkala lost to Dynamo with a score of 0:1.

The capital team is currently only in ninth place in the Premier League standings, but Karpin is mainly focusing more on the national team duties at the moment. According to Mostovoy, there is little confidence that Dynamo will rise to a high level under Karpin's leadership.

He emphasized that the Makhachkala team even played better at times in yesterday's match. At the same time, he mentioned that everything is going well with the national team, having defeated the teams of Grenada and Cuba.

According to Mostovoy, considering the level of the Dynamo squad, they should be reaching top positions under any coach. However, Karpin holding two positions simultaneously is negatively affecting the "white-blue" team.
