Former Sochi team coach Vadim Garanin shared his thoughts on Zenit's current situation and future prospects within the Russian Premier League. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
He emphasized that the Saint Petersburg team is facing difficulties in immediately showing their usual results due to the departure of some players. Garanin noted that in many coaches, results can change over time, comparing Sergey Semak's work with that of Igor Osinkin.
Both of them have worked with teams for a long time, so some aspects may not be very noticeable. Nevertheless, Garanin expressed confidence that Zenit will restore stability in the near future and return to competing for the championship.
Currently, the team under Semak's leadership is in fifth place in the competition table after seven rounds. According to the expert, the team will unite their strength, return to the top positions, and please their fans.
This will help Zenit maintain their competitiveness in the upcoming seasons as well.
