Bayer's forward Viktor Boniface has been loaned out and transferred to Germany's Werder club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to the official information from the Bremen club, a contract valid until the end of the season has been signed with the 24-year-old footballer. Earlier, Werder announced that they would pay part of the Nigerian player's salary.
Additionally, in August, Milan club abandoned Boniface's transfer because a knee problem was detected during the medical examination. Since he had twice experienced tears of the cruciate ligaments in his knee, the Italian club made a cautious decision.
In the last Bundesliga season, Boniface played in 19 matches and managed to score eight goals. There is great interest in how he will perform in his new team.
