Experienced and skilled English striker Jamie Vardy, after leaving Leicester City, is a free agent and will continue his career in Italy. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The 38-year-old player has signed a one-year contract with Cremonese, according to the club's press service. The contract includes an option to extend for another season in the future.

Jamie Vardy represented Leicester City for the past 13 years. Together with the team, he won the English Premier League in the 2015/2016 season.

Last season, the striker played in 35 matches in the English Premier League and managed to score nine goals. In the current new season, Cremonese started Serie A with two wins.
