The football club Sochi has officially announced the dismissal of head coach Robert Moreno. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to the club's press service, the employment contract between Robert Moreno and the club was terminated by mutual agreement of the parties. At the same time, Moreno's assistants also left the club.
The process of forming a new coaching staff has already begun. Earlier, it was reported that Igor Osinkin, the former head coach of Samara's Krylya Sovetov club, is expected to be appointed as the head coach of the southern team.
In the current season of the Russian championship, the Sochi team has collected only one point after seven rounds and is at the bottom of the competition table. In the last match, the team lost 1:2 away to Moscow's Spartak.
The club management and fans hope to improve the team's results with the new coach.
