Ben Chilwell moved from Chelsea to Strasbourg

English defender Ben Chilwell has left London’s Chelsea club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The 28-year-old footballer has headed to the French championship. The experienced player joined the club Strasbourg as his new team, according to the club’s press service.

A two-year contract was signed between Chilwell and the French club. In the second half of the 2024/2025 season, the defender played on loan at Crystal Palace.

He appeared in 12 matches and managed to score one goal. After the third round of the French championship, Strasbourg has collected six points and occupies sixth place in the league table.

This change indicates the beginning of a new stage in the player’s career.
