Moreno did not completely renounce the contract

Spanish specialist Robert Moreno commented on his dismissal from the "Sochi" team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The team is currently at the bottom of the Russian championship with 1 point. Moreno wrote on his social media page: "I refused a large part of my contract to create an opportunity for the club to buy new players.

I am doing this with a clear conscience because I have dedicated all my strength to this team." Robert Moreno has been working with the "Sochi" team since December 2023.

Although the club was relegated from the Russian Premier League in the first season, the specialist stayed with the team and brought "Sochi" back to the top league level through play-off matches. Additionally, Moreno has worked as the head coach of the Spanish national team and the "Granada" club.

His experience and efforts have contributed to the development of the team.
