Ajax is considering buying Osula from Newcastle

The Dutch club Ajax is looking for a forward and aims to add William Osula, who plays for the English team Newcastle, to their squad. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to ESPN, the 22-year-old Danish player is being considered as a backup option. For Ajax, the priority is to acquire his compatriot Kasper Dolberg, who currently plays for the Belgian club Anderlecht.

It is worth noting that Dolberg has previously played for the Amsterdam team. William Osula may play for the new club on loan without a purchase option.

Last Monday, his transfer to the German club Eintracht Frankfurt did not materialize. Last season, Osula appeared in 19 matches, scoring 2 goals and providing 2 assists.

This season, he has played in 3 matches and scored 1 goal. His market value is estimated at around 7 million euros.

The Ajax club is negotiating with Osula and Dolberg to strengthen their attacking line.
