Syachyov can lead Irtysh to the RPL

After retiring from his playing career, Syachyov has been serving as the president of Omsk's second division club Irtysh for several years. According to Syomin, if Syachyov receives support in Omsk, he can lead Irtysh to the level of the Russian Premier League.

However, such achievements in football are not easily attained. This requires the joint interest of the city, regional, and club leadership.

The Irtysh club achieved its highest result in Russian football history by finishing second in the First League East zone in 1992 and 1993. This achievement is considered an important historical milestone for the club.
