Ponomaryov: Even if the coach changes, there is no result in Sochi

Former Moscow CSKA player Vladimir Ponomaryov commented on the resignation of Robert Moreno, head coach of the Sochi club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, the departure of the Spanish specialist will not solve the team's problems. Igor Osinkin, former coach of Krylya Sovetov, was appointed in place of Robert Moreno.

Ponomaryov emphasized that Sochi lacks good players. Therefore, regardless of who the coach is, the team will not achieve good results.

He believes that if a strong squad is not formed at Sochi, no one will be able to lead the team to success. It is worth recalling that after the 7th round of the Russian Premier League, Sochi has collected only one point and is at the bottom of the standings.
