Vadim Pigas, defender of the Nizhny Novgorod club and member of the Belarus national team, shared his thoughts about the training sessions led by Aleksey Shpilevskiy. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
He highly values working based on the European football model. According to Pigas, the coach applies high pressing and playing from the back techniques, with conscious actions in both attack and defense.
The training sessions are consistently varied, focusing on all football components. Last season, the Pari NN team finished in tenth place and lost to Sochi in the playoff matches, but remained in the RPL due to the dissolution of the Khimki team.
Shpilevskiy previously worked at the Aris club in Cyprus and joined the team as head coach in June. Currently, the team has earned 3 points in 7 matches and is in 15th place.
The club management has stated that they do not plan to dismiss the specialist.
