According to him, Galitskiy is aware of events in teams of almost all age categories. Sergey Nikolayevich personally knows every trainee, regularly watches the youth teams' matches, and is even closely acquainted with their parents.
Dmitriyev also shared a story about how Galitskiy made a decision to accept a young footballer into the academy within two minutes. Currently, this player is one of the leaders of the youth team.
In the 2024/2025 season, the Krasnodar club won the Russian Premier League championship for the first time in its history. Previously, the team, known as the "Bulls," had won bronze and silver medals.
