Ledyakhov: Duarte was not happy at Spartak

Former capital's Spartak team footballer Igor Ledyakhov commented on the departure of Paraguayan defender Alexis Duarte from the team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The legionnaire will continue his career at Brazil's Santos club. According to the specialist, the club management decided it was best to release the player.

Alexis was not happy in the team. His playing time on the field was limited, although he had shown good performance recently.

Earlier it was reported that the 25-year-old defender signed a four-year contract with Santos. The transfer fee is estimated at four million.

Duarte played for the Moscow club since January 2023 and appeared in a total of 67 matches. This change is related to the team's future plans, and the player is expected to prove himself at the new club.
