On Wednesday, FC Barcelona announced that defender Alejandro Balde has been placed on the injury list due to a muscle injury in his knee. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to AS, Balde's full recovery is expected to take approximately three to four weeks. Therefore, it will be difficult for Barcelona's head coach Hans-Dieter Flick to rely on the 21-year-old player in upcoming matches.

Currently, Barcelona is in fourth place in the Spanish La Liga standings after three rounds. The team, led by Flick, has accumulated seven points out of a possible nine.

The next league match will take place on September 14 at home against Valencia. This game is important for Barcelona as the team aims to continue occupying the top positions.

Until the team's key players recover and return to the field, the coach will need to consider other options.
