Shikunov: Albada murabbiylikda muvaffaqiyatsizlik bor

Former president of Moscow Spartak, Aleksandr Shikunov, shared his thoughts about Jonathan Alba, the head coach of the Rostov team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to Shikunov, there is no success with Alba as the coach of Rostov. He has been a video analyst throughout his life, not a coach.

Therefore, it seems that he is currently lost, these words were noted by the Championat publication. It is worth recalling that the Spanish coach Jonathan Alba was appointed as the head coach of the Rostov team in February 2025.

In the second half of last season, under his leadership, the team took eighth place in the Russian Premier League and advanced to the Russian Cup superfinal. In the current season, after seven rounds, the Rostov team is in 14th place.

They have only one win and five points. The current state of the team is a difficult test for the coach.
