Sergey Zhukov, acting head coach of the capital club "Torpedo," shared his thoughts about his first game. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

In the 8th round of the PARI League, the "black-and-white" team drew 0-0 with "Ural." According to Zhukov, the most important thing was to keep the team's goal intact.

The players blocked counterattacks, which shows that the team is on the right track. There were somewhat fewer opportunities going forward, but he expressed confidence that the team's future will be good.

The previous coach, Oleg Kononov, was dismissed due to recent results. Currently, the team is deprived of the opportunity to play in the RPL due to a controversy related to bribing referees and is in 16th place with 4 points from 7 games.

The team faces difficult situations ahead, but improvements in results are expected under the leadership of the new coach.
