Alvaro Morata, the forward of the "Como" team, shared his thoughts about ending his career in the Spain national team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

Despite rumors about the 32-year-old footballer ending his international career, he continues to play in the national team. The national team head coach Luis de la Fuente invited the experienced forward to the September training camp for the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.

At a press conference, Morata said: "As always, I am eagerly looking forward to playing in the national team. Everything is good, I am happy to be in the team.

I am not thinking about leaving. I have gone through many difficulties and I know that anything can happen, but right now I am fully focused on the game.

Defending the honor of my country's national team is one of the best feelings in football," he said. On September 4, the Spaniards will play against the Bulgaria national team, and three days later they will face the Turkey team.
