Former Chelsea midfielder Ngolo Kante could return to Europe from Saudi Arabia. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
Currently, the experienced midfielder is playing for the club Al-Ittihad. According to the Lequipe publication, the French club Paris, that is PSG, has shown interest in signing Kante after their promotion to the league for the new season.
The capital team wanted to add the player to their squad during the summer transfer window, but negotiations failed due to the inability to agree on contract terms with Al-Ittihad. As a result, the transfer did not take place.
The 34-year-old Kante is under contract with the Saudi club until the end of June 2026. His transfer value is estimated at around five million euros.
Although there are various speculations about the player's return to Europe, there is no official confirmation yet. Kante is known as one of the footballers recognized for his playing style and effectiveness on the field.
The interests of both the club and the player play a key role in deciding his future.
