Former Moscow “Spartak” football player and current football expert Aleksandr Bubnov shared his opinion about the possibility of Colombian central forward John Cordoba leaving the “Krasnodar” club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to him, Cordoba will not leave Russia’s “Krasnodar” club in the near future because he does not have the opportunity to play in higher-level championships. Bubnov emphasized that major teams like “Real” or “Barcelona” will not call Cordoba to their ranks.
At the same time, “Krasnodar” is one of Russia’s leading clubs, where financial conditions are good and players are respected. John Cordoba has been playing for the “Krasnodar” team since the summer of 2021.
His current contract expires at the end of June 2027. In the current season of the Russian Premier League, Cordoba has appeared in seven matches and managed to score four goals.
According to the expert, Cordoba’s current club and conditions are suitable for his career.
