While the opponents play fast football, "Zenit" focuses more on circulating the ball on the field. Zheludkov emphasized that "Zenit" is unable to organize quick attacks, which is the team's main drawback.

After the 7th round of the Russian Premier League, the team led by Sergey Semak is in fifth place in the tournament table with 12 points. Thus, "Zenit" is striving to improve its game throughout the season but still lags behind its competitors.

The team's main task is to speed up attacks and increase activity on the field.
