37-year-old German coach Matthias Jaissle has extended his contract with the "Al-Ahli" football club in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The club's press service announced this. The new contract is set until the summer of 2027, with an option for automatic renewal for the season.

It is worth noting that "Al-Ahli" won the Saudi Arabian Super Cup at the beginning of the current season. The team defeated "Al-Nassr," which features Cristiano Ronaldo, in the final match.

Matthias Jaissle is a young coach who was appointed head coach of "Al-Ahli" two years ago at the age of 35. Last season, the club finished fifth in the competition table, accumulating 67 points.
