Andrey Mostovoy denied the rumors about Jerson

Andrey Mostovoy, midfielder of the Saint Petersburg "Zenit" football team, responded to the rumors about his teammate Jerson Santos. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to Mostovoy, these statements are not true. He said that Jerson is happy to play for "Zenit" and is pleased to stay with the team.

Earlier, some sources reported that the foreign player was feeling uncomfortable in the new team. It was also mentioned that the Saudi Arabian club "Al-Nasr" showed interest in the footballer.

Jerson Santos transferred from "Flamengo" to "Zenit" last summer, with a transfer value estimated at around 25 million euros. So far, he has appeared in six matches for the new team but has not yet stood out with goals or assists.

The relationship between the team and the player remains positive, and efforts are being made to achieve better results in the future.
