According to ESPN, a list of 15,000 potentially dangerous football fans was submitted to the US embassy in Buenos Aires. Argentina's Minister of National Security, Patricia Bullrich, emphasized that this is very important because individuals prone to violent behavior violating the law in Argentine stadiums will not be allowed to participate in this competition.

Argentine clubs will be represented by two teams – "Boca Juniors" and "River Plate" – in the club world championship. These measures are aimed at ensuring the tournament proceeds safely and peacefully.
