Arsenal is trying to sign Gvardiol from Real Madrid

London's Arsenal club intended to add midfielder Arda Güler, who plays for Madrid's Real team, to their squad. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to famous journalist Fabrizio Romano, the "Gunners" showed serious interest in this young Turkish footballer in October-November of last year. The London club could have made an offer for Arda Güler this summer if Carlo Ancelotti had continued his work at Real.

The Italian coach did not fully trust the 20-year-old player, but under the leadership of Xabi Alonso, Güler began to regularly feature in the starting lineup. Currently, the possibility of his sale has been completely eliminated.

Arda Güler's contract with Real is valid until 2029. On the Transfermarkt website, his value is indicated as 45 million euros.
