Matis Tel excluded from Champions League list

French forward and Tottenham player Matis Tel shared his thoughts about not being included in the squad for the UEFA Champions League competition. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, coach Thomas Frank contacted him by phone and gently conveyed this decision. Matis Tel said that he was certainly upset upon hearing this news but is trying to maintain a positive mindset.

He emphasized that as a Tottenham player, he strives to make use of his opportunities and aims to get on the field. This season, Tel has appeared in three matches across all competitions but has yet to score a goal.

He is 20 years old and was purchased during the summer transfer window from Germany's Bayern Munich for 35 million euros. This is a new era for both the club and the player, and Matis Tel is awaiting opportunities to prove himself.

His main goal is to secure his place in the Tottenham squad and be beneficial to the team.
