“Liverpool” has decided not to purchase “Crystal Palace” defender Mark Guehi in the upcoming winter transfer window. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
The Telegraph reported on this matter. According to previous plans, “Liverpool” was ready to pay 29 million euros for the transfer of the English national team player.
However, the current situation has changed. After the club representatives received permission to negotiate with the player, Guehi expressed his intention to see his future specifically at “Anfield” stadium.
Therefore, it was concluded that other clubs will not be able to attract him to their ranks. The defender will change clubs as a free agent in the summer.
In the current season, the 25-year-old player has appeared in six matches at the club level and scored one goal.
