Napoli doctor provided information about Lukaku's condition

Raffaele Canonico, head of the medical staff of Napoli team, provided information about Romelu Lukaku's recovery process. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, the player was injured in a friendly match against Olympiacos in mid-August. Currently, his recovery is proceeding as planned and he continues treatment in Belgium.

Canonico regularly communicates with his colleagues and monitors Lukaku's condition. The doctor noted that Lukaku has a tear in the rectus femoris muscle and also problems with the Achilles tendon.

Meanwhile, Napoli team holds second place in the Serie A standings with six points. Experts predict that Lukaku's return to the field will not happen before December.

The team and doctors are taking all necessary measures for the player's full recovery.
