Alonso: Playing with Messi is the toughest task

The head coach of Madrid's "Real" team, Xabi Alonso, shared his thoughts about former "Barcelona" forward Lionel Messi. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

Currently, Messi plays for the "Inter Miami" team. Alonso said that during his education, when he took pedagogy classes, many teachers gave hours-long lectures on how to stop opponents.

However, at the end of the lessons, they emphasized that the methods discussed did not apply to Messi. For this reason, Alonso considers himself a lucky coach because he does not have to play against a player like Messi.

According to him, competing with Messi is one of the most complex aspects of football. This season, 38-year-old Messi has appeared in 27 matches across all competitions, scoring 22 goals and providing 10 assists.
