Espanyol defeated Mallorca with ten men

In the fourth round of the La Liga competition, the "Espanyol" team scored two goals against "Mallorca" but lost the opportunity to control the game, especially after one of their players was sent off at the end of the first half. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

In the 45th minute, Vedat Muriqi scored a penalty goal, bringing the score closer to 2:1. Milla was sent off after arguing excessively with the referee, leaving his team with ten men.

At the start of the second half, Mateo Fernandes took a long-range shot, but the goalkeeper saved the ball. In the 66th minute, after a pass from Sergio Darder, Muriqi scored a header, leveling the score at 2:2.

Then Leandro Cabrera headed the ball, which hit the goalpost. In the 81st minute, the Catalans secured the victory thanks to Kike Garcia's penalty goal.

"Espanyol" and "Barcelona" share second place with 10 points each. "Mallorca," with 1 point, remains in the relegation zone.
