In the Champions League match between Athletic and Arsenal, the "Gunners" head coach Mikel Arteta made a substitution in the second half. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The "Gunners'" main striker Viktor Dyokeresh left the field, and Leandro Trossar came on in his place. This change occurred after the 60th minute of the game.

In the first half, Dyokeresh suffered an injury to the back of his head following a collision with his teammate Gabriel dos Santos. The substitution may be related to his health condition, and Arteta might also give the Swedish player a rest in the fifth round of the English Premier League match against Manchester City.
