Van Deyk: Let the fans fully support the team

Virgil Van Dijk, the central defender of Liverpool, addressed the "Reds" fans ahead of the match against Madrid's Atletico team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

In his words, he emphasized that the fans need to support the team with full strength. According to Van Dijk, their support has often helped in important League matches and he hopes it will be the same today.

The defender suggested turning the "Anfield" stadium into a place where no European team wants to come. In the player's opinion, it will not be easy for the team led by Arne Slot, as Atletico is considered one of the best clubs in the world.

The Merseysiders will play against Atletico at home on September 17. The match will start at 22:00 Moscow time.

The activity of the fans and their confidence in the team will be of great importance in this encounter.
