Spanish club Getafe has signed a contract with former Cameroon national team defender Allan Nyom. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
This was reported by the AS portal. The player chose the number 12 and signed a contract that is valid until the end of the season.
Nyom previously represented the same club from 2019 to 2022, as well as during the 2024-2025 season. After becoming a free agent, the 37-year-old player continued training with the Getafe team.
The Cameroonian player's main career took place at Spain's Granada club. He also played for England's Watford and West Bromwich clubs.
Nyom has appeared in 18 matches for the national team but did not stand out with goals or assists. This contract allows Getafe to bring back an experienced defender to the team.
Nyom's addition to the team will serve to strengthen the club's defensive line. The player is expected to help the team with his professional experience and many years of activity on the field.
