In extra time, Lazio, playing with a numerical disadvantage, had a very dangerous situation, but the visitors were saved by the goalpost. According to the coach, the team avoided the risk of conceding a goal, and considering the mistakes made in the final minutes, the result could be considered fair.

Currently, Roma is in fourth place in the Italian championship standings with nine points. Lazio is in 13th place with three points.
