Lyusius: Dembele is the 2024 Ballon d'Or winner

Former Netherlands national team player Theo Lucius, known for his career at PSV and Feyenoord, shared exclusive thoughts on the Ballon d'Or award presentation with the "Euro-Football.Ru" network publication. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

This award, given to the best footballer, will be presented based on the results of the 2024-2025 season. According to Lucius, Dembele should receive the Ballon d'Or because he is the player who has won it the most.

He also specifically highlighted Yamal and Salah. According to Lucius, there is little talk about Salah, but he had a very strong individual year.

Currently, the voting results for the Ballon d'Or are being announced. So far, players ranked below fifteenth place have been revealed.

The award presentation is expected to take place in the coming days. This prize is regarded as the highest honor among footballers and holds great significance in world football.
