It's normal in football. I wanted to play for Liverpool and I made this choice myself," he told Goal portal.
The 23-year-old player signed a long-term contract with the English champion, which is valid until the end of June 2031. This season, Ugo Ekitike has appeared in five matches in the English Premier League and scored three goals.
