Near the end of a recent Champions League match against Liverpool, the Argentine coach got into an altercation with a fan. Simeone lost control and attempted to attack a fan who was shouting something from the stands.

The Athletic reported that the investigation has begun. Following this incident, Simeone faces the risk of severe punishment.

It is known that the referee showed a red card to the Atletico coach at that time. Additionally, in one of the videos from the altercation, a member of Atletico's staff can be seen spitting at the fan.
